である。 In addition to the Daruma type and the bevel type, there are other eyeglass fittings with a special structure, but the present invention relates to the Daruma type, which is the most common and used in large quantities. It is fixed to both ends of the lens to keep the lens attached to the frame in a stable state, and also attaches one end of the temple for hanging on the ear. Conventionally, each lens was formed individually. In the present invention, two pieces are formed at the same time, that is, by forming gripping pieces on both the left and right ends of one intelligence main plate and separating the two pieces.

Attach the lens to the lens frame B by fixing it to the end and attaching the two-way bracket A with the screw 3, and attach the mounting end 5 of the temple C between the clamping pieces 4, 4.
This figure shows the state in which it is attached with a screw 6 so that it can be rotated in the folding direction. This metal fitting A is made of a slightly thick metal plate in the first step.
It is formed by cutting out the main plate 1 with a mold, and when forming it, the main plate 1 is located on the vertical center line in the center of the main plate 1.
V-shaped recessed grooves 7 are simultaneously formed on both the front and rear sides of the lens frame B when punching them with a mold. This is to improve the appearance and feel of the product. In addition, this V-shaped recessed groove 7 is necessary to separate the main plate 1 into two left and right cut-off bodies 2, 2, and serves as a mark for separating each separate body, and to form a wall surface and a square hole 11, which will be described later. It functions as a landmark.

The reason why a is set in the diagonal direction is that the mounting end 5 of the temple C is mounted vertically and rotated by 90 degrees when folded inward. The thin surfaces 8, 8 are for inserting and holding the mounting end 5 of the temple C, as shown in FIG.

Of the separation bodies 2 and 2a of the main plate 1 which are separated into left and right parts by a recessed groove 7 having a shape, one of the separation bodies 2 and 2 is provided with a clamping piece 4. screw holes 9, 9a on both sides of
In addition, the other cutoff body 2 has through holes 10 and 10a formed in both sides of the clamping piece 4, but it is of course better to reverse the holes 10 and 10a. Furthermore, the clamping piece 4,
When pressing or cutting 4 to form a thin wall, a strong force is applied, so the clamping pieces 4, 4 are pressed or cut on one side, and at this time, the separation bodies 2, 2 from which the main plate 1 is separated are separated. It is pressed or cut before it is cut, and the clamping area is large, so it can be clamped stably, and it is highly accurate because it does not move as in the case of processing one piece in a separated state, and it is easy to move. In addition to this, there is no possibility of defective products being produced due to this problem, and the symmetry of the wall surfaces 8a, 8a can be checked before separation, and defective products can be selected. Also, the wall surfaces 8a, 8a have screw holes 9, 9a, and through holes 1.
If formed after opening 0, 10a, wall surfaces 8a, 8
Since a is the screw hole 9 and the through hole 10 is the target, defects such as defective products can be prevented.

ある。 Next, in the fourth step, the main plate 1 is separated into left and right pieces by the recessed groove 7 formed in the first step as shown in FIG. , 2, a vertically elongated rectangular hole 11 is similarly punched out with a die centering on a center line connecting the centers of the recessed grooves 7. The upper and lower sides of the rectangular hole 11 facing the recessed groove 7 are opened so as to reach as deep a part of the V-shaped recessed groove 7 as possible. By opening this rectangular hole 11, the main plate 1 can be separated without requiring any special cutting process. By overlapping the back surfaces of the separated pieces 2, 2 separated in this way and screwing the screw 3 into the screw hole 9 through the through hole 10, the metal fitting A shown in FIG. 1 can be formed. .

きるものである。 As described above, when the main plate 1 of the metal fitting A is punched out from a metal plate with a die, the clamping pieces 4, 4 of the same shape are attached to both left and right ends of the main plate 1, and the front and rear on the center line of the main plate 1 are provided. V-shaped recessed grooves 7 were formed on both side edge surfaces, so this is the target (mark) for subsequent work.
In particular, by forming the back surfaces of the clamping pieces 4, 4 into a thin wall 8 by pressing or cutting, it is possible to form the oblique wall surfaces 8a, 8a with respect to the V-shaped recessed groove 7. The angle is determined, and the walls 8a and 8a are formed separately, and there is a long clamping part that can be firmly clamped, and there is no risk of the main plate 1 moving when forming the walls 8a and 8a, making it a defective product. There is no risk of this happening, and accuracy can be improved. Also, when opening the square hole 11, the recessed groove 7 can be selected as the center, and by bringing the upper and lower edges of the square hole 11 close to the V-shaped tip of the recessed groove 7, it can be separated into left and right parts. No further steps are required. Furthermore, when this square hole 11 is separated, the left and right edges 12 of the square hole 11, as shown in FIG.
Reference numeral 12 serves as a fitting recess 12 for attaching to the lens frame B. Since the recess 12 is opened centering on the recess groove 7, it has many manufacturing advantages, such as being able to be formed symmetrically accurately even when separated, and can be manufactured in large quantities at low cost. It is possible.

具の製造法。1 Clamping pieces of the same shape are formed on both left and right ends of the main plate of the metal fitting, and one side of the clamping pieces is cut or pressed to form a thin wall, thereby forming a diagonal wall surface on the main plate, and forming a diagonal wall surface between the clamping pieces and the main body. In the manufacturing method of metal fittings in which mounting holes are made in each plate, V-shaped recessed grooves are formed at the same time when punching out a metal plate with a die on both upper and lower end surfaces on the vertical center line of the main plate. V
Both upper and lower edges of a vertically elongated square hole centering on the letter-shaped groove are opened as close as possible to the pointed part of the V-shaped groove so as to be separated into two left and right parts, and the separated square holes are formed. A method for manufacturing a glasses fitting, characterized in that the left and right edges of the hole are formed as attachment parts for attaching to a lens frame.
