Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent damage to the surface of a photosensitive body by providing a separation claw so that it moves freely to contact and leave the photosensitive body, and providing a cleaning member which scrapes away toner sticking on the separation claw in the backward movement of the separation claw nearly the separation claw. CONSTITUTION:The tip side of the separation claw 6 is pointed almost triangularly and the base side is fixed to a shaft lever 7. Both end sides of the shaft lever 7 are run through lon-sized holes 8a bored in machine frames 8 and allowed to move back and forth in the tangential direction of the photosensitive body 1 along the long-sized holes 8a, and a driving means 9 such as a solenoid is connected to part of the shaft lever 7 to move back and forth the separation claw 6 through the shaft lever 7. Further, a cleaning member which contacts the top surface of the separation claw 6 is provided above the separation claw 6. This cleaning member 10 uses rolled felt impregnated with a lubricant such as petroleum lubricating oil. Consequently, toner sticking at the top the separation claw is scraped off to prevent the photosensitive drum from damaging.

BACKGROUND ART Conventional electronic copying machines, 7mm printers, etc. (hereinafter referred to as copying machines), which have a transfer process for transferring toner particles formed on a photoreceptor onto paper, do not require transfer assistance. Since the paper is electrostatically attracted to the photoreceptor, a peeling claw is provided with the tip of the paper in contact with the surface of the photoreceptor, and the paper that is in close contact with the photoreceptor is forcibly peeled off by this peeling claw. .

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with the above conventional peeling nail, untransferred toner remaining on the surface of the photoreceptor after transfer adheres to the tip of the peeling nail, and I! 1, and this assimilated toner prematurely wears out the surface of the photoreceptor, resulting in problems such as deterioration of the image quality of the resulting copies.

Means and operation for solving the problems This invention has been made for the purpose of improving the above-mentioned problems, and includes a peeling claw for peeling off paper attached to the photoreceptor, which is movable forward and backward in the direction of contact and separation from the photoreceptor. In the vicinity of this peeling claw, a cleaning member is installed to remove toner adhering to 1 m1 of peeling when the peeling claw advances and retreats, so that the toner adhering to the tip of the peeling claw solidifies and covers the surface of the photoreceptor. Paper peeling devices for copying machines, etc. that are prevented from being damaged.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawing, 1 is a photoreceptor of a copying machine or the like, and a toner image 2 developed by a developing device (not shown) is transferred onto a sheet of paper 4 by a transfer device 3. be done. In this transfer process, the next paper 4 is attracted to the surface of the photoreceptor 10.
After being neutralized by the separation corotron 5, the sheet 4 is peeled off by a peeling claw 6 whose tip is in contact with the surface of the photoreceptor 1, and sent to the next step, a fixing device (not shown).
The upper toner image is fixed onto the paper 4. - On the other hand, the peeling claw 6 has a substantially triangular shape with a sharp tip end, and is fixed to the shaft rod 7 at the base end side. Above shaft rod 7
is inserted into a long hole 8a bored in the machine frame 8, and can freely move forward and backward in the tangential direction of the photoreceptor 1 along the long hole 8a. A drive means 9, such as a lenoid, is connected to a part thereof, so that the peeling claw 6 can move forward and backward through the shaft rod 7.

Further, a cleaning member IO is provided above the peeling claw 6 so as to be in contact with the upper surface of the peeling claw 6. The cleaning member 10 is impregnated with a lubricant such as petroleum-based lubricant, polyolefin, polyester, polyether, phosphate ester, fluorine-based or silicone-based lubricant, lubricating grease, or surfactant, as shown in FIG. As shown in Figure 4, rolls of felt or paraffin solids formed into a flat plate are used, and as the peeling claw moves back and forth, the toner adhering to the tip of the peeling claw is wiped off. It is now possible to do so.

Cleaning member 101CrtJ Fell impregnated with lubricant) 1 When used, the cleaning member 10T may be covered with a porous film or the like to prevent lubricant from evaporating, and surfaces other than the top surface of the peeling claw 6 Alternatively, the cleaning member 10 may be used to clean the cleaning member 10. In this case, it is effective in peeling off paper stuck to the fixing roll of the fixing device. That is, it is possible to prevent paper damage and paper jams caused by toner melted by the surface temperature of the fixing roll adhering to and solidifying on the lower surface of the peeling claw 6.

Effects of the Invention As described in detail above, the present invention allows the peeling claw 6 to move forward and backward in the direction of contact and separation from the photoreceptor 1, and when the peeling claw 6 retreats, the cleaning member IQ provided in contact with the peeling claw 6 cleans the peeling claw. Since the toner adhering to the tip of the peeling claw 6 is wiped off, it is possible to completely prevent untransferred toner from adhering and accumulating on the tip of the peeling claw 6. This can prevent image quality from deteriorating due to damage to the surface of the photoreceptor 1 caused by the toner solidified at the tip of the peeling claw 6. By the way, with conventional peeling claws, a decrease in image quality was observed after 20,000 to 50,000 copies were made, but with the peeling device of this invention, there is no decrease in image quality until 100,000 copies are made, and the maintenance effort is reduced. It has become possible to significantly reduce costs.
