Currently, when packing this kind of drainage basins, they are stacked one above the other and tied vertically with bands or ropes. However, the overlapping sockets on the outer periphery of the upper surface of these drainage basins are circular, and mutual rotation cannot be prevented when stacked.
When packing, the drains rotate around each other in the circumferential direction, making it difficult and time-consuming to tie them together with bands or the like. Furthermore, if vibrations are applied during transportation, the drainage may rotate in the circumferential direction and the binding of bands, etc. may loosen, causing the load to rattle or come apart completely, causing the load to collapse. This was causing damage to the drainage basin.

In view of this, the present invention provides an engaging means for preventing each other from rotating in the circumferential direction when the drainage basins are stacked, allowing for efficient packing and eliminating the risk of the cargo falling apart during transportation. It is intended to provide drainage.

In the drainage basin 1 of the first embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 8, 2 is the basin main body, and a socket 4 on the outer periphery of the upper surface opening 3 is formed in a circular shape, and a socket 4 is formed on the upper surface of the socket 4. An annular groove 5 concentric with the groove is formed.

In addition, three legs 6, 6, 6 are protruded from the outer periphery of the lower surface of the main body 2 at appropriate intervals, and the lower end 6a of each leg 6 is placed on the circumference 7 having the same diameter as the annular groove 5. A fitting structure 8 is formed in which the lower end portion 6a of the leg 6 and the annular groove 5 of the socket 4 can be rotatably fitted to each other in the circumferential direction.

A pair of protrusions 9, 9 are provided at one location on the inner circumference 4a of the socket 4 to form a locking groove 10, while a protrusion that fits into the locking groove 10 is provided at the lower end of the rib 6b of the leg 6. It is configured to prevent mutual rotation in the circumferential direction Y by forming a piece 11 and fitting the protruding piece 11 into the locking groove 10 in a state where the lower end 6a of the leg 6 is fitted into the annular groove 5. An engaging means 12 is provided. A pair of protrusions 14, 14 are provided at four locations on the outer peripheral surface 4b of the socket 4 to prevent the binding band 13 from shifting.

These protrusions 14, 14 are provided to protrude from the outer peripheral surface 4b of the socket, but any other material may be used as long as it can prevent the binding band from shifting, for example, it may be a groove instead of a protrusion. .

Further, it is preferable that the upper edge corner of the socket, which the binding band comes into contact with, be chamfered in a rounded shape or diagonally to prevent the binding band from being cut or damaged. Note that 141 is a protrusion provided on the bottom of the main body in order to more completely prevent the binding band from slipping.

When packing the drainage basins 1 constructed as described above, first stack a plurality of them vertically as shown in Figures 5 and 6, and connect the lower ends 6a of the legs 6 of the upper drainage basin 1 to the lower drainage basin. At the same time, the protruding piece 11 of the rib 6b of the leg 6 is fitted into the annular groove 5 of the locking groove 1.
0, each drainage basin 1 will be aligned in the circumferential direction Y.
The locking means 12 prevents rotation. In this state, binding work using the band 13 may be performed.

In this case, since the drainage basins 1 do not rotate relative to each other in the circumferential direction, even circular drainage basins that are difficult to bind with a band can be bound smoothly and quickly.

If the band 13 is passed between the protrusions 14, 14, the band 13 will not be misaligned and a more complete binding can be achieved.
The drainage basin 1 bound with the band 13 in this way is
Even if the drainage basins 1 are subjected to vibrations or shocks during transportation, they do not rotate relative to each other in the circumferential direction, so there is no risk that the bands 13 will shift and the binding will loosen or come off.

Further, in the above embodiment, means consisting of the protrusion 11 at the lower end of the rib and the locking groove 10 between the protrusions 9, 9 on the inner peripheral surface of the socket 4 was used as the engagement means, but as shown in FIG. Alternatively, an engaging means 17 consisting of a forked piece 15 protruding from the lower end 6a of the leg 6 and a protrusion 16 protruding from the outer peripheral surface 4b of the socket 4 may be used, or as shown in FIG. Rib 6b and rib 6b provided in socket 4
It is also possible to use an engaging means 19 consisting of a notched groove 18 into which the engaging means 19 is fitted. Further, the present invention is not limited to this, and any other engaging means may be used.
