By rotating in the direction of arrow A, a vortex 4 is generated in area A, and air is sucked in from area B and discharged to area C. However, such conventional configurations have various drawbacks as described below.

It is known that if the blades 2, 2, etc. in the area A are made to be variable, a vortex 4 can be generated inside the blades 2, 2, etc., and the air can be blown in the direction of the arrow B, and the above-mentioned drawbacks can be overcome. Until now, no practical means have been proposed as concrete means for achieving this effect.

The blade is pivotally supported between side plates, and a protrusion is provided on the side end surface of the blade that is spaced apart from the pivot point of the blade and protrudes to the outside of the blade, and the protrusion is passed through the side plate to the outside of the blade. An arc-shaped through hole is bored to allow the protrusion to move as it rotates, and on the outside of the side plate from which the protrusion protrudes, a tip of the protrusion is arranged eccentrically with respect to the center of rotation of the side plate and protrudes from the side plate. A sliding guide groove is provided, and the angle of the blade is sequentially changed by the sliding of the protrusion as the side plate rotates, and the blade is rotated in a direction that closes the inter-blade space at the vortex generation site, On the suction and discharge sides, it is a cross flow fan that is rotated at an angle suitable for suction and discharge.

1 is a large number of blades 12 having a crescent-shaped cross section;

This is a cross flow fan composed of 13. Each of the blades 12 has both side edges at points X and
In the case of X', the center of rotation is a point o1 located midway between these two points on the straight line connecting these two points, and pivots 14 and 14' centered on the point o1 are provided at both upper and lower ends. . In other words, the arcuate groove 17 is set so that the variable range of the blade angle is as shown in FIG.

3, the guide plate has an annular shape centered on the rotation center o2 of the cross flow fan 11, and the protrusion 15 of the blade 12, which penetrates the arcuate groove 17 of the fan side plate 13, slides on the lower surface. An endless guide groove 19 is formed into which the guide groove 19 can be freely inserted. The guide groove 19 is formed to correspond to the trajectory drawn by the center Y of the protrusion 15 (dotted line in FIG. 7) when the blade 12 is sequentially rotated at a predetermined angle based on FIG. 2. Therefore, when the cross flow fan 11 rotates, the protrusion 15 of each blade 12 slides in the guide groove 19, so that each blade 12 is rotated about the point o1 and is successively variably moved to a predetermined angle as shown in FIG. It is something that can be given. Incidentally, the dotted line in FIG. 6 and the one-dot chain line in FIG. 7 indicate the trajectory drawn by the center of rotation of the blade 12 when the crossflow fan 11 rotates.

To explain the movement of No. 2, the blade 12 is E.
When it is near the point, the concave surface 12' is turned inward due to the relationship between the protrusion 15 and the guide groove 19, and the blade is rotated at an angle that closes the space between the blades 12.

As the blade 13 approaches the point, the blade 13 is further rotated counterclockwise by the guide groove 19 via the protrusion 15, and at the H point, it is in the most rotated state in the counterclockwise direction. Therefore, near this point H, the blades 12 have their convex surfaces 12'' facing the direction of rotation at an angle suitable for air delivery, which performs the air delivery action and discharges the air outward. As described above, each blade 12 has a cross section. As the flow fan 11 rotates, the angle changes sequentially to suit the position, and the cross flow fan 1
1, a vortex is generated inside the blade 12 near point F, that is, in area A, and air is blown in the direction of arrow B. In the above-mentioned embodiment, it is also possible to make the guide plate 18 disk-shaped and provide a bearing for the cross-flow fan 11 at the center thereof, so that the guide plate 18 also serves as a substrate for supporting the cross-flow fan 11. be.

It is provided so that it can be rotated around the rotation center of the
By rotating this guide plate 18, the air blowing direction can be arbitrarily selected. That is, the guide plate 18 is rotatably mounted on the lower surface of the base plate 20 provided with the bearing 21 of the cross flow fan 11 using the mounting fittings 22, 22. In this case, for example, when the guide plate 18 is rotated 180 degrees while operating in the state shown in FIG. 8, the state of the blade 12 is switched between point F and point H, and the state of the blade 12 near point G A vortex is generated inside the tube, and air is blown in the direction opposite to the direction of arrow B. In this way, the direction of air blowing can be varied by rotating the guide plate 18, and the direction of air blowing can be arbitrarily selected within a range of 360 degrees. Note that 20' is another board equipped with a motor (not shown) for rotating the cross flow fan 11.

From the state where the guide plate 18 is in the solid line state shown in FIG. 10 and blowing air in the direction of the solid line arrow, the guide plate 1
8 to the state shown by the two-dot chain line, the guide groove 19
The state of the blade 12 also changes from the solid line to the state shown by the two-dot chain line, and the state of the blade 12 is switched in the same way as described in the previous embodiment, and the air is blown in the direction of the two-dot chain arrow, which is opposite to the direction of the solid line arrow. Furthermore, in this example,
By sliding the guide plate 18 to a position where the distance between the side edges of adjacent blades is minimized when the air blowing is stopped, all the blades 12 will be in a state with their concave surfaces 12' facing inward, and the air blowing passage will be closed. It acts as a shutter to block the Furthermore, since the angle variable range of the blade 12 on the suction side changes by sliding the guide plate 18, the air drawing force changes, making it possible to adjust the amount of air blown.

It is possible to close the space and rotate the blade at an angle suitable for suction and discharge at the suction and discharge portions.

If the blades in the vortex area are in the direction that closes the space between the blades, the blades will be nearly parallel to the air flow direction, so when blowing air, the blades will not become an obstacle in the vortex area and will improve efficiency. It can provide good ventilation.

フローフアン装置。[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A device in which a large number of blades are installed between a pair of side plates, and the pair of side plates are pivotally supported to be rotatable, wherein the blades are rotatable at the central portion. The blade is pivotally supported between the side plates, and a protrusion is provided on the side end surface of the blade that is spaced apart from the pivot point of the blade and protrudes to the outside of the blade, and the protrusion is provided on the side plate to the outside of the side plate. An arc-shaped through hole is bored through the hole to allow movement of the protrusion that is stirred by the rotation of the blade, and the protrusion is placed eccentrically with respect to the rotation center of the side plate on the outside of the side plate from which the protrusion protrudes. A guide groove is provided in which the tip of the protruding protrusion slides, and the angle of the blade is sequentially changed by the sliding of the protrusion as the side plate rotates, thereby closing the space between the blades at the vortex generation site. A cross-flow fan device that rotates in the direction of the fan and rotates the suction and discharge portions at angles suitable for suction and discharge.
