Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a part to be more smoothly delivered preventing possible error from being made in deliverying a part to an assembly line by configurating a device in such a way that a part container always carries a medium of all recorded information on the part so as to control an order slip, housing, recording, and others by reading out the recorded information. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic card 16 which stores all information on a part is issued from an issuing center 15. The content is read out by a reader 17 allowing an order slip 4 and a detailed statement 5 to be printed out (18), which are then forwarded to a manufacturer 2 with the card 16 attached. The manufacturer 2 then delivers the part contained in a container 19 together with a statement 7 of delivery with the card 16 attached. ら発注伝票を出力し、該発注元の納品受入れの際、前記
物品格納箱に添付された記録媒体の情報を前記読取装置
で読取らせて前記記憶部に記憶せしめ、前記記録媒体が
添付され且つ物品が格納された物品格納箱を前記倉庫に
入庫する手段及び前記読取装置から読取られた記録媒体
情報と、前記記憶部の記憶情報とを用いて、前記倉庫に
格納された前記物品格納箱を出庫せしめる制御手段を備
えた本発明の物流制御方式によって解決される。

納箱に添付の記録媒体の情報を前記読取装置で読取らせ
て前記記憶部に記憶せしめ、前記記録媒体が添付され且
つ物品が格納された物品格納箱を前記倉庫に入庫するこ
とを特徴とする物流制御方式。
