説明図である。 図面中、１は板材、２，２′はレベリングロール、２
ａ ５ ２ ’ ａは最初のレベリングロール、２ｂ
，２’ｂは最初のレベリングロール、３，３′はパック
アンプロール、４は上部フレーム、５は下部フレーム、
６はハウジング、７はバランス装置、８は圧下装置であ
る。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上下１対のフレームと該フレームにそれそれ装着された
    上下のレベリング七−ル群及び該レベリングロールに尚
    接する上下のバックアップロール群とて構成され、処理
    板材の進行方向に沿って上下に千鳥状に配置されたレベ
    リングロールの間に処理板材を挾んで通板するローラレ
    ベラにおいて、上下レベリングロールの開度を処理板材
    がスリツプすることなく通板可能な開度に設定して板材
    を送入し、板材先端部が最終のレベリング冶一ルに到達
    した際に一旦板材の送りを停止または減速して圧下装置
    により板材に所定の強圧下を付与し、しかる後板材に再
    度送りを与える如く、所定の強圧下に耐える剛性構造を
    有する圧下装置を具備したことを特徴とするローラレベ
    ラ。
