  1. 、 船舶の外板等の被処理面を清掃するための表面処理
    装置に清掃用ノズルを揺動リンク機構を介して揺動駆動
    自在に配設するとともに、上記揺動ずる清掃用ノズルの
    揺動角度を可変にかつ停止または微小角度揺動自在に揺
    動リンク機構を形成したことを特徴とする船舶の外板等
    の表面処理装置。
