  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 回路パターンの形成された基板上に半導体装置を搭
    載し、前記回路パターンと電気的に接続するとともに溶
    融固化された樹脂材料で被覆埋設して成る半導体装置の
    実装構造において、前記半導体装置搭載位置周辺に小孔
    を穿設し、該小孔で前記樹脂材料の流動拡張を阻止する
    ことにより前記半導体装置を被覆する保護ポツテイング
    領域を限定したことを特徴とする半導体装置の実装構造
    。 ２ 小孔を半導体装置搭載位置周辺に沿って複数配列す
    るとともにその配列ピッチ間隔を３Ｔｒｒ！ｎ以下に設
    定した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体装置
    の実装構造。
