  1. 排気通路に酸化触媒を介装した内燃機関の排気浄化装置
    において、前記酸化触媒の上流側排気通路に排気温度一
    定値以下を検知してオゾンを発生させるオゾン発生装置
    を設けたことを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
