  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 所定寸法の方形状の紙に、書誌的事項、条文、法律
    キーワードおよび事実キーワードの項目名を一列に直線
    状に配置し、上記項目名の配置方向と垂直方向にそれぞ
    れ上記項目名に隣接して上記項目名に該当する書誌的事
    項のデータ欄、条文のデータ欄、法律キーワードのデー
    タ欄および事実＋−ワードのデータ欄を設けたことを特
    徴とする判例検索データリスト用紙。 ２ 書誌的事項には裁判所、事件番号、事件名、判決日
    、原審事件番号および当事者の項目が含まれや実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のデータリスト用紙。 ３ 紙の横方向に複数の項目名を直線状に配置し、紙の
    縦方向にそれぞれ上記項目名に該当するデータの欄を設
    けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の
    データリスト用紙。 ４ 上記項目名およびデータはコンピュータまたはワー
    ドプロセッサによってプリントできる実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項〜第３項のいずれかに記載のデータリスト
    用紙。 ５ 上記項目およびデータはコンピュータまたはワード
    プロセッサの表示画面に表示されたもののハードコピー
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜第４項めいずれ
