    、上記内筒に設けられ、上記支持部材に対向して上記シ
    ール部の外周面側に位置される扶持部を有する扶持部材
    と、上記シール部を加熱するヒータと、上記外筒と扶持
    部材とのそれぞれに設けられ、内筒と外筒との軸方向へ
    ．相対移動により上記挟埒部材の扶持部を上記支持部材
