Claims (1)
- 複数の関節を有するマニピユレータと、このマ
ニピユレータの先端に取付けられ傷の深さを検知
する超音波探触子と、遠隔操作を行なうための位
置の確認用カメラと、このカメラの映像をモニタ
するテレビジヨンと、前記マニピユレータの各関
節の運動量を検出する検出器と、前記探触子から
の傷の深さ信号と前記検出器からの運動量信号に
より被検査体に予め設定した絶対座標のもとで傷
の位置を演算し作画表示する絶対位置表示装置と
を具備してなることを特徴とする超音波探傷装置
。
