  1. 平面形状が四角形状のヒータ受入凹部を有する
    枠状のヒータハウジングと、前記ヒータ受入凹部
    に嵌装された平面形状が四角形状のセラミクス製
    板状ヒータとを有し、前記ヒータ受入凹部の隅角
    部には前記板状ヒータの割れ防止用逃げ溝が設け
    られていることを特徴とする内燃機関の吸気加熱
    装置。
