[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] This invention relates to floor structures for general houses, offices, factories, etc. More specifically, the present invention relates to floor structures for general residences, offices, factories, etc. This relates to the improvement of a floor structure in which multiple finishing panels are laid on the ground.

Finished panels, such as rubber tiles, carpeller tiles, wood panels, resin tiles, etc., have their edges intersecting the reference plane at right angles, and this is done on the subfloor 100 as shown in FIG. When the finished panels 101 were lined up, there was a slight difference in level where the finished panels 101 butt each other because the subfloor 100 itself was not formed perfectly flat.

In addition, even if there were no steps at the beginning of construction, steps often appeared after a certain period of time or as furniture and various types of equipment were installed.

When a difference in level occurs at a location where finished panels butt together, even if it is a very small difference in level, the part is easily visible to the human eye and feels like it impairs the appearance. This visual sensation is due to the fact that the finishing panels are butt-like against each other, and the finished panels are butt-like against each other.

Furthermore, in the case of a floor system with excellent free access, in which any panel can be removed without connecting finished panels to each other, steps are more likely to occur, and the appearance is often impaired.

Countermeasures such as installing joint seals at the butt joints or increasing the spacing between panels could be considered, but these could lead to clogging of the joints, increase costs, and still pose problems in terms of maintenance, etc. .

In order to obtain a floor structure that does not appear to the human eye as impairing body detection even if there is a difference in level, and is not disadvantageous in terms of cost and maintenance, this invention has adopted the following configuration. . That is, in the floor structure according to the present invention, a stepped portion or an inclined portion, or both are formed on one of the abutting end surfaces of the finished panels that are adjacent to each other, and the presence of the stepped portion or the inclined portion above the abutting portion is provided. A void portion is formed by.

In this invention, when the finished panels are laid down, there is always a step or slope on one of the end surfaces that are in contact with each other, and there is also a gap at the top, so the step is not visible to the human eye. It will no longer stand out.

In order to lay a large number of finishing panels 1 on the floor subfloor 1oo, as shown in FIG.
They are laid out so that the stepped portion 3 is present only on one of the abutted end surfaces of the two. As shown in FIG. 3, a gap 5 is formed in the upper part of the panel 1.1 where the panels 1.1 butt each other.

8 to 13 show modified examples of the stepped portion 3, and also show an inclined portion 4 formed in place of the stepped portion 3 or in combination with the stepped portion 3. Although the finishing panel 1 shown in each embodiment has a rectangular planar shape, it goes without saying that other polygonal shapes may be used. In short, it is sufficient that either a stepped portion or an inclined portion, or both, be formed on either end face of the panel 1.1 to be abutted, and as a result, a void portion 5 may be present in the upper portion.

The finishing material 1 constructed in this way is shown in Fig. 171 and Fig. 1.
The present invention can be applied to a floor structure as shown in Fig. 5, in which the wiring 1o can be stored under the floor, the wiring 10 can be easily moved and changed after construction, and can be adapted to office automation with a large degree of freedom. The finishing panels 1 used here include a cutout panel 1A for wiring in with a notch on the - side, a Funcent panel 1BS with an outlet, and a panel 10 exclusively for telephone lines.
etc. Each panel 1 can be freely removed and attached using a dedicated lifter 20 (see FIG. 15).

As explained above, according to the present invention, a stepped portion, an inclined portion, or both are formed on either end face of the panels to be butted together, and a gap is formed above the butted portion, so that the difference in level is eliminated. Even if this occurs, it is not noticeable to human vision, and a floor structure with an excellent appearance can be provided. In order to provide a gap, in the conventional case, the sheets are laid out a little apart from each other, but in the present invention, the lower portions of the end surfaces can be brought into contact with each other, so positioning can be easily performed. Furthermore, in terms of cost, formation of stepped portions and the like can be easily performed by press molding, so it can be manufactured at the same cost as a product without stepped portions.
