Claims (1)
移送する上部コンベアと下部コンベアよりなる移
送装置と、下部コンベアの先端近くに設けられ、
当該下部コンベア上をずれ重なつて連続移送され
てくる折帖印刷物を所望部数毎に区分けして連続
移送を一時停止させる区分け装置と、下部コンベ
アの先端前方に配設され、移送装置により移送さ
れてくる折帖印刷物を区分けられた所望部数毎積
み重ねて小束となす集積装置と、小束に集積され
た折帖印刷物を集積装置から搬出する小束搬出装
置とからなる折帖印刷物の小束集積装置において
、移送装置の前記上部コンベアは複数の無端ベル
トを所定の間隙をおいて張設形成し、その先端部
が下部コンベアより前方の集積装置の空間部にま
で延出するよう配設しておき、前記集積装置は下
部コンベアの先端の折帖出口直下とその前方およ
び左右両側に立設したフオーク状壁面により折帖
印刷物が収納可能な空間部を形成した案内体と、
前記折帖出口の前方に設けた案内体の空間部に挿
入して水平方向と上下方向に移動可能であるとと
もに、当該空間部を迂回して上昇し上部コンベア
の間隙に挿通待機しうるように設けたフオーク状
の上部折帖受けと、前記折帖出口直下の案内体と
上部折帖受けの間隙と後述する小束搬出装置の間
隙とに挿通して上下方向に移動可能であると共に
、空間部を迂回して上昇し当該空間部の中腹位置
に挿通待機し得るように形成したフオーク状の下
部折帖受けと、少なくとも前記案内体の一部を必
要に応じて揺動可能とした揃え装置とから構成し
、更に上部折帖受けの動き方と下部折帖受けの動
き方を制御する制御装置とを装備しておき、その
制御装置を調整操作することにより、上部コンベ
アの下面より少し上方の位置に挿通待機していた
上部折帖受けが、上部コンベアの下面より少し下
方の折帖印刷物を受け取る位置に移行するが、そ
の受け取り移行位置を任意に調整しながら設定し
得るようにするとともに、積み重ねが開始される
とその積み重なつた折帖印刷物の上面レベルがほ
ぼ一定に保たれるように制御された速度で下降す
るその降下速度を任意に調整しながら設定し得る
ようにし、当該上部折帖受けの上面が空間部の中
腹位置に挿通状態で待機している下部折帖受けの
上面と一致するまで下降して積み重ねつつある折
帖印刷物を下部折帖受け上に載せ替えさせると、
今度は下部折帖受けが引き続き同じ高さで一定に
保つように制御された速度で下降するがその降下
速度も任意に調整しながら設定し得るようにした
ことを特徴とする折帖印刷物の小束集積装置。 (2) 前記制御装置を調整することにより、上部
折帖受けが、上部コンベアの下面より少し下方の
折帖印刷物を受け取る位置に移行するその受け取
り移行位置を、折帖印刷物に上部コンベアの下面
との間で圧力が発生しながら送り込まれる適宜位
置となるよう設定するとともに、積み重ねが開始
されるとその積み重なつた折帖印刷物の上面レベ
ルも上部コンベアの下面との間で常に圧力が発生
しながら折帖印刷物を押し込み得る一定の高さが
保たれるように制御された速度で下降するようそ
の降下速度を設定し、更に積み重ねつつある折帖
印刷物を下部折帖受け上に載せ替えさせたときの
下部折帖受けが、引き続き同じ高さで一定に保つ
ように制御された速度で下降するようその降下速
度も設定し、押し込み式に小束を作成することが
出来るようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
記載の折帖印刷物の小束集積装置。 (3) 前記制御装置を調整することにより、上部
折帖受けが上部コンベアの下面より少し下方の折
帖印刷物を受け取る位置に移行するその受け取り
移行位置を、折帖印刷物に上部コンベアの下面と
の間で圧力が発生しないよう間隔をとつた適宜位
置となるよゐう設定するとともに、積み重ねが開
始されるとその積み重なつた折帖印刷物の上面レ
ベルも上部コンベアの下面との間で圧力が発生し
ない一定の間隔が保たれるように制御された速度
で下降するようその降下速度を設定し、更に積み
重ねつつある折帖印刷物を下部折帖受け上に載せ
替えさせたときの下部折帖受けが、引き続き同じ
高さで一定に保つように制御された速度で下降す
るようその降下速度も設定し、同時に揃え装置を
作動させて案内体を揺動させるようになして落し
込み式に小束を作成することが出来るようにした
