Claims (1)
- 家屋の基礎上に載設され外壁パネルを支持する
とともに内部空間に床下を構成するパネル受台と
、このパネル受台および上記外壁パネルの外面を
覆う外装材とからなる家屋の基礎部に取着される
ものにおいて、上記パネル受台に開口され床下に
連通する換気穴と、上記基礎上に所定間隔を存し
て載設される取付板と、この取付板に設けられパ
ネル受台および換気穴を外部から遮蔽するととも
に外装材下端部の外面から突出し上記基礎とは間
隙を存する水切兼換気板とからなることを特徴と
する床下換気装置。
