の有底筒部Aと開口部を外側に延ばしたフランジ
部Bを有するフランジ付有底筒状体15がプレス
加工によつて適宜必要寸法に深絞り成形され、そ
の有底筒部Aの端から若干内側の位置において一
点鎖線のごとく分離し、分離された底を有する部
分の開口端の全周を若干外周方向に広げてベース
14とし、分離した他の開口端の全周に第3図の
如く、前記ベース14の開口端の外周寸法より若
干大きい鉤形折り曲げ部13を形成するようして
筒状胴体11としている。なおこの発明は上記し
た実施例のみに限定されることなく、例えば各部
品の横断面はすべて矩形として説明したが、これ
らは円形であつてもよく、また、各部材の寸法管
理を十分行えば、ベース開口端は特に広げる必要
はなく、第5図に示す如く、ベース開口端をフラ
ンジ形に加工しても同様の効果を有するものであ
