図である。 図中１はパルス信号源、２はＰＮＰ｝ランジスタ、３は
ダイオード、４，５は抵抗、６はキャパシタ、７は鋸歯
状波出力端子、８は定電流ダイオードである。 なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して
示してある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 任意の時間幅を持った単発又は複数のパルス信号に対応
    して、同一の時間幅の鋸歯状波を発生する鋸歯状波発生
    装置において、一端がＰＮＰ ｝ランジスタのベースに
    、他端がＰＮＰトランジスタのコレクタにつながる抵抗
    と、アノードが上記ＰＮＰトランジスタのベースにつな
    がるダイオードと、カソードがＰＮＰ トランジスタの
    エミツタにつながり、アノードが前記のダイオードのカ
    ソードにつながる定電流ダイオードと、一端がＰＮＰ
    ｝ランジスタのエミツタに、他端がＰＮＰ トランジス
    タのコレクタにつながるキャパシタとで構成したことを
    −特徴とする鋸歯状波発生装置。
