For example, thermosetting adhesive sheets have superior heat resistance, solvent resistance, and adhesive strength compared to hot melt adhesive sheets, and are widely used as structural adhesives. In order to achieve stabilization, it was necessary to sufficiently surface-treat the adherend in advance. However, this type of surface treatment is not only very time-consuming, but also makes it impossible to improve the adhesive strength or to obtain stable adhesive strength due to residual organic solvents in the surface treatment agent and uneven surface treatment. I had a problem.

The aim is to provide a new and useful adhesive sheet, the gist of which is an adhesive sheet that has a surface treatment layer mainly composed of carboxyl group-containing vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer on one or both sides. .

である。 In other words, the inventors found that when a surface treatment layer mainly composed of a carboxyl group-containing vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer was formed on one or both sides of various conventionally known adhesive sheets, compared to sheets without this formation. It was discovered that the adhesion strength to adherends such as metals can be greatly improved by using adhesives, and that improved and stable adhesive strength can be obtained even without strict or no surface treatment of the adherends. .

と思われる。 The reason for this is not necessarily clear, but it may be due to the polar effect of the carboxyl groups contained in the copolymer, or due to the chemical reaction of the carboxyl groups directly with the adherend, especially metals, during heat bonding. It is thought that by generating a bonding force, a greater and more stable adhesive strength than before was achieved.

However, you can expect good results. The copolymerization ratio of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate is not particularly limited, but generally the vinyl acetate content is 2 to 30% by weight.
The average degree of polymerization may be about 400 to 1,600.

An organic solution containing various additives such as pigments may be impregnated and coated, followed by heating and drying at a predetermined temperature.

Generally, the amount is preferably about 1 to 50 g/m 2 , preferably 5 to 30 g/m 2 relative to the adhesive sheet body. If the amount of adhesion is too small, the effects of the present invention cannot be obtained, whereas if the amount is too large, the adhesion from the surface treatment layer may break during use of the adhesive, which may actually reduce the adhesive strength.

Conventionally known adhesive sheets such as hot melt adhesive sheets and thermosetting adhesive sheets can be widely used. Thermoplastic polymers used in hot-melt adhesive sheets include those that exhibit hot-melt properties by themselves, such as saturated polyester resins, polyamide resins, cellulose resins, and polyacetal resins, as well as those that exhibit hot-melt properties on their own, as well as those that are generally used in combination with adhesion agents, plasticizers, etc. These include various rubbery polymers such as nitrile rubber, which is often used in rubber, and various polymers such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers. These polymers may be a mixture of two or more types, if necessary. Examples of the thermosetting polymer used in the thermosetting adhesive sheet include epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, phenol resin, diallyl phthalate resin, and silicone resin.

In addition, such adhesive sheet bodies can be made by forming an adhesive composition into a sheet alone, or by impregnating or coating the adhesive composition on a sheet base material such as glass fiber or other fiber base material, paper, or plastifilm. It may be in any form, such as a piece of clothing.
