Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主軸台に主軸をラジアル方向およびスラスト方
    向に静圧支持するものにおいて、前記主軸は中央
    部に大径部を、両端部に小径部を有し、これら小
    径部が主軸台に嵌着せる一対の軸受金に形成され
    たラジアル静圧軸受に回転可能に軸承され、前記
    主軸の一端に、チヤツク部材を取付けた取付面板
    を前記主軸の大径部端面とによつて前記一方の軸
    受金を挾込むごとく固着し、これら大径部端面と
    取付面板とに対向する前記軸受金の両端面にスラ
    スト静圧軸受を形成したことを特徴とする静圧軸
    受を備えた主軸装置。
