軸、９は軸受、１１はハウジング、１５は密封部
材、１７は水切板、２３は小孔、２５は凹所であ
る。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ポンプ室１内に配設したインペラ３を回転軸
５の一方の端部に取付け、該回転軸５は軸受９を
介してハウジング１１に支持され、前記インペラ
３と回転軸５とを備えた回転部材と、ハウジング
１１との間に配設した密封部材１５はポンプ室１
内の水のハウジング１１内への侵入を防止するよ
うにポンプ室１内を密封し、前記回転軸５には密
封部材１５と軸受９との間の部分に水切板１７が
取付けられ、前記ハウジング１１は密封部材１５
と水切板１７との間の空間をハウジング１１の外
部へ連通する小孔２３を有するウオータポンプに
おいて、前記ハウジング１１の内周面は小孔２３
と軸受９との間の部分にグリース溜用の凹所２５
を有することを特徴とするウオータポンプ。 ２ 凹所２５が内周みぞである実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載のウオータポンプ。 ３ 内周みぞの径方向の中心線が軸受９の軸心に
対して下方に偏心している実用新案登録請求の範
囲第２項記載のウオータポンプ。 ４ 水切板１７が回転軸５に嵌合して取付けられ
た円筒部１９と、円筒部１９から外周に伸びてい
る水切部２１と、円筒部１９と水切部２１とのい
ずれか一方から凹所２５に伸びているグリース案
内部２７とを有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載のウオータポンプ。
