- 断面円形のロータ外周面にはカツタおよび該外
周面を覆う弾性層を形成せしめ、かつ圧延したな
ま状のパン生地を該カツタにより所定形に打抜き
カツトするロータリーカツタにおいて、前記カツ
タに沿うカツタ両側部位には弾性層を設けない所
定幅の溝部を形成せしめてなることを特徴とした
パン生地用ロータリーカツタ。
