Claims (1)
- 高湿の恒温槽内より試料ガスを吸入し、ガス濃
度検知装置に導き、該ガス濃度検知装置を通過し
た前記試料ガスを前記恒温槽内に排出する試料ガ
ス用配管と、前記ガス濃度検知装置により制御さ
れる流路制御器を介設し、所定のガス源より前記
恒温槽内にガスを吐出するガス導入管とを具備し
て成り、前記試料ガス用配管は前記ガス導入管の
ノズル付近前方に排出口を開口すると共に、該排
出口は前記ノズルからのガス吐出方向に延びる長
円形状とした事を特徴とする恒温槽。
