[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is a basic monofilament yarn (monofilamen) of synthetic fibers.
``, 3'' are straight, or stretchable, curlable, and spinnable, and the cross section of the yarn is circular to one width, polygonal, flat, or flat, and the longitudinal direction is L. For example, 15 filaments bent in a U-shape or U-shape, with a thickness of 2 to 6 D, are bundled into a thin multifilament with a total denier of 30 to 90 D, or 15 such single fiber yarns with a total denier of 3 to 12 D. The back yarn 3 is a knitting yarn consisting of a thick multifilament with a total denier of 90 to 180 D and other multifilaments of an appropriate thickness, and the middle yarn 2 is a hygroscopic cellulose fiber, such as a cotton yarn. The front thread 1 may be the same as the back thread 3, or other modified threads may be used to create socks #i.

In conventional plating knitting, one knitting yarn appears only on the front side and the other knitting yarn only on the back side, so in the present invention, the front side a and the back side C are the front yarn 1 made of multifilament synthetic fibers. It is knitted with back yarn 3, and the intermediate ground is made of cellulose. When the sock A is worn, the back side C knitted with the synthetic fiber multifilament back yarn 3 is in contact with the skin. This means that when you are wearing socks and there is sweat or moisture in the calf or ankle area below the original ligament of the foot, the gaps between the knitting yarns and filaments of synthetic fibers that have the property of repelling such moisture will be affected. Moisture and liquid molecules permeate through capillary action and enter the gaps between cellulose fibers that are in close contact with the external surface, such as cotton fibers, and are absorbed by the water absorption and hygroscopicity of these fibers, allowing them to dry naturally. It emanates from the surface.

For example, assume that the basic monofilament yarn 3' is nylon, the multifilament 3 is knitted on the back side C, the plating cotton yarn is used as the intermediate ground, the front yarn l is the deformed filament, and the three sides of the front side A are the closing part d. to start late. Since the nylon multifilament that comes into contact with the skin is soft and feels good on the skin, the fibers are strong and can withstand friction, and it also has the property of repelling water and moisture such as sweat. As shown in the figure, liquid molecules W permeate between the single fiber threads 3' and diffuse due to capillary action. Since the intermediate layer made of cotton yarn is in close contact with this diffusion surface, the diffused moisture is immediately absorbed, so the back surface C dries quickly (and the surface A also dries with air. Fibers such as cotton and linen have water and hygroscopic properties, so moisture that enters from the inner surface is quickly absorbed by the knitted parts on the outer surface and immediately diffused.

The present invention is a sock constructed as described above, and because of the triple plating knitting structure, it tends to be thought that it is a thick material, but since the multifilament is actually a thin thread, the thickness is determined by the thickness of the cotton thread as the medium thread. . It has a smooth exterior, and if the back or inner surface is made of synthetic fibers, such as nylon multifilament, it will feel soft to the touch and be comfortable to wear, and it will not wear out easily, so it can be used for a long time. . Note that the arrangement of the silk threads can be applied to both monocyclic EIOY and double-covered thread DOY. When sweating, the focused filament absorbs moisture due to the capillary phenomenon as described above. In particular, as shown in Figs. , or a combination of these as appropriate, the gap between the monofilaments has wide and narrow parts, so that the capillary action takes place accurately, although partially irregularly. In addition, socks knitted from stretchable or crimped multifilament, such as polyurethane, as in the example above, are lightweight and bulky.
The intermediate surface of the water-absorbing fibers immediately absorbs water, eliminating the so-called slimy feeling, making it supple and hygienic, and it makes good contact with the skin depending on the size of the foot, so it looks good and feels good to wear, making it easy to walk and exercise.
