    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 増幅器入力、または出力端子に接続されている
    磁気ヘツドのインダクタンスを含む共振特性をダ
    ンプするダンピング用の抵抗が、前記増幅器の入
    出力端子間に接続されている複数個の抵抗体の直
    列接続によつて構成されていることを特徴とする
    フイードバツクダンピングアンプ。
