Claims (1)
工作機械の主軸またはそれに固定の部材の中心穴に嵌合
可能な嵌合突起を有する一方、その第一端面とは反対側
の第二端面の中心線上の位置にその第二端面から離れを
に従って直径が漸減− するテーパ穴を有し、かつ、そ
のテーパ穴を囲む部分をそのテーパ穴の中心線と平行に
貫通する複数個のボルト穴に挿通されるボルトにより前
記主軸またはそれに固定の部材に固定されるホルダ本体
と、 そのホルタ本体に、前記複数のボルト穴の間の位置にお
いてそのホルダ本体の半径方向に外周面から前記テーパ
穴まで貫通して形成され、外周面に近い部分が雌ねじ穴
とされたクランパ穴と、前記テーバ穴にしまり嵌合可能
なテーパ軸部と、そのテーパ軸部がテーパ穴に嵌合され
た状態で前記第二端面に密着可能なフランジ部と、回転
切削工具を保持する工具保持部とを備え、かつ、前記テ
ーパ軸部にそのテーパ軸部の軸心に平行な平面を備えた
切欠が形成され、その切欠の平面にテーパ軸部の軸心に
直角に延びる複数本の突条であって前記フランジ部に対
向する側の面が後傾した傾斜面をなす突条が形成された
工具保持体と、前記クランパ穴に摺動可能かつ回転不能
に嵌合され、前記テーパ軸部に対応する端面に前記複数
の突条に対応した複数の突条を備えてその突条の傾斜面
によの前記傾斜面に係合し、前記テーパ軸部を前記テー
バ穴内へ引き込むクランパと、そのクランパと相対回転
可能かつ軸方向には相対移動不能に連結され、前記雌ね
じ穴に螺合されるとともに、外部から正逆両方向に回転
操作されることにより前記クランパを進退させるねじ部
材と、 前記ホルダ本体の第二端面の、前記工具保持体のフラン
ジ部が密着する部分からそのホルダ本体の中心線に平行
