巻線に各々接続され、交流電力を直流電力に変換
する複数の整流器と、これらの整流器の各出力直
流回路に接続され、直流出力電流を計測する直流
変流器と、これらの直流交流器の２次巻線に接続
され、予め設定された電流値以上の直流過電流に
よつて作動する直流過電流継電器と、これらの直
流過電流継電器を流れる直流電流を合成して直流
合成信号を出力する直流加算回路と、前記整流器
用変圧器の１次側に接続され、入力交流電流を計
測する変流器と、この変流器の２次巻線に直列に
接続されて、予め設定された電流値以上の交流過
電流によつて作動する交流過電流継電器と、この
交流過電流継電器に直列に接続されて、交流電流
を直流電流信号に変換して出力する変換器と、こ
の変換器から出力された直流電流信号及び前記直
流加算回路から出力された直流合成信号とを比較
して不平衡の場合に警報信号を出力する比較器と
