。 ． 図中、１はコイル、２はケース、３はプランジ”ヤ
、４は可動側カム、５は固定側カム、４ａ，５ａはカム
傾斜面、４ｂ，５ｂは逆傾斜面、６はボール、７はジャ
フト、８は軸受である。 尚、図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ｛１｝スラスト方向の力を受けるプランジャ、このプラ
    ンジャと一体に構成された可動側カム、この可動側カム
    と対′向する設けられた固定側カム、上記可動側カムと
    固定側カムの対向面に設けられたカム傾斜面をころぶ転
    勤体を備え、上記スラスト方向に加わる力を上記転勤体
    によって回転トルクに変換する回転式アクチェータにお
    いて、上記固定側カム、可動側カムの少なくともいずれ
    が一方の停止位置に当る部分に上記カム傾斜面と逆方向
    の傾斜面を設け、上記転勤体がこの逆傾斜面を通過する
    ときに発生する逆回転トルクによって回転を停止させる
    ようにしたことを特徴とするアクチェータ。 （２）転勤体はボールである実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のアクチェータ。 （３）転勤体はコロである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のアクチェータ。 （４）逆方向の傾斜を固定側カムと可動側カムの両方に
    設けている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項の
    うちいずれか１項記載のアクチェータ。 （５）スラスト方向に加わる力は電磁力である実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第４項のうちいずれか１項記
    載のアクチェータ。
