減圧形圧力補償弁1の2次ポート9を上記減圧溝
6に接続し、一方上記減圧溝6はスプール4の移
動によつて開閉される可変オリフイス10を介し
てアクチユエータポートAに連通させ、上記減圧
形圧力補償弁のバネ室11には上記可変オリフイ
ス10後位の流体圧力を、またそのパイロツト室
12には可変オリフイス10前位の流体圧力をそ
れぞれ導いて相対向させて成る圧力補償弁付流量
制御弁において、上記高圧溝5と減圧溝6との間
に位置するスプール4の外周部に複数の油溝21
を設けたことを特徴とする圧力補償弁付流量制御
弁。
