た製造淡水設定信号を緩慢な変化に変える緩衝器
36と、該緩衝器36の出力信号を前記ブライン
レベル制御装置32の設定入力に供与するための
第1の信号を洩演算する第1の演算器50と、前
記製造水量設定信号を増加変更させた時点から所
定期間のみ補正信号を算出する補正信号演算装置
100と、該補正信号演算装置100の出力と前
記第1の演算器50の出力とを用いて前記高温部
のブラインレベル制御装置32の設定入力を演算
する第2の演算器55を具備することを特徴とす
