迅速且つ芸術性の高いぼかし絵柄の陶磁器の製造
法を提供せんとするものである。 Traditionally, the shading pattern was created by hand, applying the shading pattern and firing it to create a shading pattern on the surface of the ceramic product, but this method requires skill and time to apply the shading pattern, and the detailed work is time-consuming. There were flaws. The present invention aims to eliminate such drawbacks and provide a quick and highly artistic method for producing ceramics with blurred patterns.

7を製作するものである。 In this invention, first, a large number of Japanese papers 1, 1', . . . that have been dyed in various colors, patterns, and designs are prepared in advance. Next, the washi paper of the selected color, pattern, or design is torn into the desired shape. These torn pieces of Japanese paper 2, 2', 2''...... have fibers unique to Japanese paper that protrude like cilia on the outer periphery. These cilia-like protrusions give a shading effect. Next, tear off the pieces of Japanese paper. Paste the ivy paper pieces 2, 2'...... on the mount 3 along the desired motif or design, and add clear lines, other patterns, lines 8, 8'..., colors as necessary. are drawn on the mount 3 as appropriate. The blurred picture pattern created on this mount 3 is transferred onto the print base paper 4,
A ceramic product 7 of artistic value with a blurred picture A is produced by printing 5 using printing base paper and firing 6.

製品を製造できるという効果がある。 As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to quickly create beautiful and unexpected shading patterns in places where shading pictures were conventionally applied manually, and it is possible to create shading patterns that are soft, beautiful, and delicate, which is unique to Japanese paper. It has the effect of being able to manufacture ceramic products.

るぼかし絵柄の陶磁器の製造法。1 Washi paper 1, 1'...... is dyed in various colors, patterns, or designs in advance, and the Japanese paper 1, 1'...... of the desired color, pattern, or design is torn out into the desired shape. The pieces of Japanese paper 2, 2', whose outer periphery has a ciliated shape made of Japanese paper fibers, are combined and pasted on a mount 3 along a predetermined motif to create a single pattern, and then placed on the mount 3. This method for manufacturing ceramics with a blurred pattern is characterized in that a print base paper 4 is produced using the created pattern as a print design, the print base paper is used to decorate 5, and then fired 6 to create a blurred pattern on the ceramics.
