第１図は従来のけい光高圧水銀ランプの外管ガ
ラスバルブの内面に塗着されたけい光体被膜を除
去する装置を示す概略構成図、第２図はこの考案
による管球内面の粉体被膜除去装置の一実施例を
示す概略構成図である。なお各図中同一符号は同
一または相当部分を示す。 １は外管ガラスバルブ、２はけい光体被膜、３
はネツク部のけい光体被膜、８はネツク部、９は
バルブ開口端部、１０はけい光体回収治具、１１
は気体送入管、１２は払拭具、１３は送風ガイド
、１４は気体吹出口である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 管球のバルブ内面に被着された粉体被膜の一部
    を除去して粉体被膜非形成部分を形成する粉体被
    膜除去装置において、前記バルブに対して相対的
    に回動かつ進退可能に一端がバルブ内に挿入され
    るとともに、先端部に気体吹出口を形成した中空
    の気体送入管、この気体送入管の胴部に固定され
    周縁部を前記バルブの内面に接触させた払拭具、
    前記気体送入管を挿通するとともに前記バルブの
    開口端面に当接バルブ内の気体を吸引する粉体回
    収治具を備え、前記気体送入管には気体吹出口よ
    り吹出される気体が前記払拭具の周縁部方向に向
    かうように規制する送風ガイドを設けたことを特
    徴とする管球内面の粉体被膜除去装置。
