- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 刃物ローラ４に接触あるいは近接した、ゴム
・合成樹脂等から成る弾性板６の弾性力に依り、
転動するにんにくが刃物ローラ４と弾性板６の間
に狭まり、回転する刃物ローラ４の円形刃１でに
んにくの皮に切り溝を付ける構造を有する、にん
にくの皮剥ぎ装置。 ２ 弾性板６の弾性力を効果的に得る手段として
、端部７を刃物ローラ４に接触させる事に依り、
湾曲形状を生じさせた、実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載における、にんにくの皮剥ぎ装置。 ３ 端部７の湾曲形状を、予め成型加工に依り形
成した弾性板６を有する、実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項における、にんにくの皮剥ぎ装置。 ４ 第３図の如く、弾性板６の取り付け位置を変
更すれば、弾性板６の自重に依り、第１図と同様
の効果を得る手段とした、実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載における、にんにくの皮剥ぎ装置。
