Description

この発明は気体燃料または液体燃料を気化させ
た燃料(以下、単に「気体燃料」と記す)を燃焼
するバーナ装置に関するものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a burner device that burns gaseous fuel or fuel obtained by vaporizing liquid fuel (hereinafter simply referred to as "gaseous fuel").
従来、気体燃料を燃焼させるバーナ装置におい
て、同一のバーナにより燃焼能力範囲を広くする
ことは困難であつた。すなわち、気体燃料はその
成分組成に応じた燃焼速度が決定されるが、通常
バーナノズルは口径寸法が固定されている。その
ため、気体燃料を噴出させる場合に、燃焼能力を
過大に設定すると、ノズルから噴出する気体燃料
速度が過大となり空気との酸化反応すなわち燃焼
反応が、ノズルから遠く離れた所で行なわれるこ
とになる。ノズルから噴出した気体燃料は、ノズ
ルから離れるに従がつてその気流に乱れが多くな
り、燃焼反応の起きている部分はかなり不安定な
気流部分となる。そのため、火炎の安定形成が非
常に困難となり、炎の浮き上がり(リフテイン
グ)や、吹き消え(ブローオフ)等の不都合が生
じて不安定な燃焼状態となり、完全燃焼を維持で

当りの燃料噴出速度の上がりすぎを防止し、少量
の燃料を流す際には隔膜操作棒7を気室2内に進
めて少数の燃料吐出管路3よりの噴出速度の下が
りすぎを防止できるのである。そしてこのバーナ
装置においては、燃料吐出管路3が気室2の長手
方向にそつて略等間隔に並設されているので気室
2の長手方向に進退すする隔膜8により連続的に
燃料の噴出両をかえることができ安定な燃焼の確

り隔膜8が並設された燃料吐出管路3を順次閉じ
ていき、又は開いていくことを特徴とするバーナ
