DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a burner device that burns gaseous fuel or fuel obtained by vaporizing liquid fuel (hereinafter simply referred to as "gaseous fuel").

Conventionally, in burner devices that burn gaseous fuel, it has been difficult to widen the range of combustion capability using the same burner. That is, although the combustion rate of gaseous fuel is determined according to its component composition, the diameter of the burner nozzle is usually fixed. Therefore, when ejecting gaseous fuel, if the combustion capacity is set too high, the speed of the gaseous fuel ejected from the nozzle will be excessive, and the oxidation reaction with air, that is, the combustion reaction, will occur far away from the nozzle. . As the gaseous fuel ejected from the nozzle moves away from the nozzle, the airflow becomes more turbulent, and the part where the combustion reaction is occurring becomes a considerably unstable airflow part. Therefore, it becomes extremely difficult to form a flame stably, causing problems such as lifting of the flame and blow-off, resulting in an unstable combustion state, making it impossible to maintain complete combustion.

On the other hand, if we consider the case where the combustion capacity is set too low, the gaseous fuel jetted out from the burner nozzle naturally becomes too slow, and the combustion reaction speed becomes relatively large compared to the jetting speed. As a result, the flame formation position is in close contact with the nozzle part, causing deformation and deterioration due to overheating of the nozzle itself, and a backfire phenomenon where the flame enters the nozzle. This also creates an unstable combustion state and prevents complete combustion. I can't maintain it.

The burner device has a plurality of fuel discharge pipes 3 arranged in parallel on both longitudinal sides of the side trunk of a cylindrical body 1 at approximately equal intervals along the longitudinal direction, and an air chamber that is a through hole in the center of the interior. A fuel inlet pipe 6 is connected to the upper end of the air chamber 2, and an air chamber cover 5 is secured to the bottom thereof with bolts 4 for attachment and detachment.

A central part of an elastic diaphragm 8 is fixedly attached to the tip of the diaphragm actuating rod 7 so as to seal the air chamber 2 between the air chamber lid 8 and the bottom of the air chamber 2. By moving the diaphragm actuating rod 7 back and forth, the diaphragm 8 sequentially closes the fuel discharge pipe 3 which opens into the air chamber 2 in the longitudinal direction from below, and sequentially opens it from above. 9 is a fuel discharge pipe cover body.

Since the burner device according to the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, when a large amount of fuel is to flow, the diaphragm operation rod 7 is moved back to open the large number of fuel discharge pipes 3.
By flowing fuel into the air chamber 2, the fuel injection speed per 31 fuel discharge pipes is prevented from increasing too much, and when a small amount of fuel is to be flowed, the diaphragm operating rod 7 is advanced into the air chamber 2, and a small number of fuel discharge pipes are flown. This can prevent the ejection speed from decreasing too much. In this burner device, the fuel discharge pipes 3 are arranged in parallel at approximately equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the air chamber 2, so that the diaphragm 8, which moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction of the air chamber 2, continuously supplies fuel. It is easy to ensure stable combustion by changing the ejection direction.

As described above, in the burner device according to the present invention, the continuously variable fuel supply means can smoothly prevent the speed of the fuel ejected from the fuel discharge pipe 3 from increasing or decreasing too much, and stable combustion can be achieved. It can be secured.
