Claims (1)
- 酸素センサ、酸素センサ出力信号処理回路、酸
素センサの出力信号特性を記憶する記憶回路及び
酸素センサ出力信号処理回路と連動して作動し、
被測定空間のガスを大気と置換するための換気装
置から成る酸素濃度検出装置において、換気装置
を駆動して被測定空間のガスと大気とを置換する
たびごとに酸素センサの大気に対する出力から酸
素センサ出力信号特性を算出し、これを記憶回路
に格納しておくことにより、自動的に酸素センサ
の出力を更正することを特徴とする酸素濃度検出
装置。
