    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 同一平面内に検出面を配設し入射して来る超音
    波を電気信号に変換する２個の振動子と、振動子
    の検出面を覆い超音波を遮蔽するマスクを有すと
    共に、振動子の中心間の距離より短かい中心間の
    距離で振動子の外径より小さい径の２個の検出孔
    を各振動子の検出面に対応するマスクに穿設し、
    前記振動子にて検出した信号間の位相差を比較し
    、超音波の入射して来た方位を検出して成る超音
    波方位センサ。
