Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify structure, by a method wherein a floating screen, formed such that a refuse removing screen is attached to the lower part of a float, is elevatably mounted to an intake channel by means of buoyancy of the float. CONSTITUTION:When a water level in an intake channel A is lowered, a floating screen 1 is lowered until a float 2 collides with a stopper 9, and a gap (t) is ensured between the lower end part of a screen 3 and the bottom of a recess B. When a water level in the intake channel A is raised, the floating screen 1 is raised by means of buoyancy of the float 2 as the screen is rotated clockwise, and raising is stopped when the float 2 is brought into collision with a stopper 8. This enables refuse floating in the vicinity of a water surface to be effectively prevented from flowing out to the intake side. Further, formation of the recess B causes control of the velocity of flow of a flow water during raising of a water level, resulting in the possibility to more reliably collect dust.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a dust removal device for removing debris from flowing water flowing through a waterway, in which a dust removal screen is suspended from a float and responds to the rise and fall of the water level. The system consists of a floating screen that moves up and down, and a concave part is formed in the bottom of the intake channel below the floating screen to ensure a large water flow area (and a sufficient water depth).

Conventional dust removal equipment of this kind is generally installed permanently on the waterway, with a screen placed on the water passage surface to catch debris in the flowing water, but the equipment is large and has a complicated structure. In addition, there are other problems such as the fact that dirt tends to adhere to the lower part of the screen, which is located directly above the roadbed, and the lower part of the screen is likely to become clogged due to such dirt.

(Summary of the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the first object of the present invention is to reduce the amount of garbage in flowing water by a simple structure.
In particular, it is an object of the present invention to provide a device that can effectively prevent debris such as driftwood floating near the water surface from flowing out to the water intake side. The second object of the present invention is to more reliably remove garbage flowing in running water from Ura 1j. Our goal is to provide equipment that can. A third object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus in which the lower part of the dust removal screen is less likely to become clogged. In order to achieve these objects, the present invention forms a floating screen by suspending a float and a dust removal screen below the float, and allows the floating screen to move up and down in response to the rise and fall of the water level. This device is designed to effectively capture debris in flowing water, especially debris such as driftwood floating near the water surface. In addition, by forming a recess in the road bottom below the floating screen, we ensure a sufficient water flow area for the intake channel, which reduces the flow rate of water near the floating screen and more reliably captures debris in the flowing water. At the same time, the water depth below the floating screen is maintained at 61 cm.
This prevents the lower part of the dust removal screen from becoming clogged with debris.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a floating screen 1 which is the main part of a dust removal device according to the present invention, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are a plan view and a sectional view of an intake channel in which the floating screen 1 is installed. Floating screen 1 is
It consists of a float 2 made of a cylindrical steel pipe, and a dust removal screen 3 vertically installed below the float 2 along the length of the float 2, and installed in a direction across the intake channel A. There is. Reference numeral 4.4 denotes a rotating rod as a free attachment part of the floating screen 1 whose upper end is rotatably attached to the lower part of both sides of the float 2, and whose lower end is attached to the both side walls 5 of the intake channel A. It is rotatably pivoted to a receiving portion 7.7 projecting from .6. If the float 2 is rotatably attached to the rotating rod 4.4 in this way, the floating screen 1 will respond to the rise and fall of the water level and move around the lower end of the rotating rod 4.4 due to the buoyancy of the float 2. The floating screen 1 can be freely rotated and raised and lowered, and the floating screen 1 can be prevented from being washed away by running water. 8.8 and 9.9 are rod-shaped stoppers protruding from the side wall 5.6 of the intake channel A, and the stopper 8.8 sets the upper limit of the floating screen 1, and the stopper 9.9 sets the lower limit of the floating screen 1. stipulate. It is intended to prevent B

This dust removal device has the above-mentioned configuration, and when the water level of the intake channel A is low, the floating screen 1 is in the lowered position as shown by the broken line in FIG. As the water level falls further, the floating screen 1 descends until the float 2 hits the stop 9.9, which prevents further descent (Figs. 2 and 3).
(see line L), a distance t is ensured between the lower end of the screen 3 and the bottom of the recess B in this state. If the screen 3 is suspended in the air without being grounded to the bottom in this way, it is possible to prevent the lower end of the screen 3 from being deformed and destroyed by hitting a stone or the like on the bottom. In addition, if the recess B is formed below the screen 3, the water depth below the screen 3 will be ensured even when the water flow rate of the intake channel A is small, so the lower part of the screen 3 will be more visible due to the frequency of debris adhering to it. It can prevent clogging. In other words, when the flow rate of the intake channel is low, such as during dry periods, with conventional dust removal equipment, the dirt that adheres to the bottom of the screen dries and solidifies, which tends to clog the bottom of the screen. In the case of this device, since the four parts B are locally formed in the intake channel A, it is easy to ensure the water depth below the screen 3 even during dry periods.
This has the effect that the lower part of the screen 3 is less likely to be clogged with dirt.

Now, as the water level in the intake channel A rises, the floating screen 1 rises due to the buoyancy of the float 2 while rotating clockwise in Fig. 3, and when the float 2 hits the stopper 8.8, the rotational rise stops. (See solid lines in Figures 2 and 3). In this state, the area near the water surface is blocked by the float 2, and the area relatively close to the water surface is blocked by the screen 3, and the float 2 and screen 3 prevent garbage from flowing toward the water intake side. There is a large gap T between the lower end of the screen 3 and the bottom, but generally when the water level rises during a flood, a large amount of debris such as driftwood flows relatively close to the water surface, so there is a large gap T between the lower edge of the screen 3 and the bottom. Relatively little garbage flows downstream;
Therefore, even if the downward interval T exists in this way, there is no practical problem.In addition, by forming the recess B below the floating screen 1, it is possible to locally increase the water flow area of the intake channel A. For example, since the flow rate of running water can be reduced, it is possible to more reliably capture debris in running water.
