【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、トンネル工事等に用いられる隧道施
工用可縮坑枠鋼材の継合方法に関するものであ
る。

の可縮性坑枠材の継合方法において、棒状の鋼材
を冠材の断面とほぼ同形状に成型加工しかつ先端
にネジ部を形成したコ字状の継手金具と、長方形
状の鋼材の両端に小穴を穿設しかつ両穴間に突出
面を形成した平板状の固定板と、固定板を固定す
る切欠溝を形成した側材とを設け、該側材間に冠
材を継ぎ合わせ、側材の切り欠き固定溝を介して
継手金具と固定板とをボルト締めすることによつ
て、側材と冠材との嵌装締着を良好かつ強固にす
ることのできる隧道施工用可縮坑枠鋼材の継合方
法を目的とするものである。

うに丸棒の鋼材の両端にメネジ8を設けると共
に、冠材の断面とほぼ同形状に成型加工してあ
る。この継合金具本体7は、冠材1の背面および
外面に密着固定されるようにするため、両側に屈
曲部を設けると共に、背面の内側部は水平にして
ある。9は固定板であり、後述するように突出面
12が設けてある。この固定板9は、冠材1と側
材2を継合金具本体7にて締着するための板であ
り、座金11を介してボルト10にて螺着ならし
めてある。

ることができるばかりか、弾力性をも保有させて
いる、ボルトによる締着作業が隧道内にて簡単
容易にできるようにしてある、などの多くの効果
があり、更に継手金具そのものが簡単な構造であ
るので低コストで量産が可能であり、しかも安価
な素材で成型加工がきるから、性能性、安全性、
強度性、経済性、作業性、実用性等あらゆる面か
ら見ても、優れた隧道施工用可縮坑枠鋼材の継合
方法と言える。
