- 圧電素子と、押え金等が積み重ねられた環状集
積体を金属製外皮でほぼ覆つてなる圧力センサー
において、前記金属製外皮を前記集積体の内外側
部で曲げ加工を施されてコ字状に被覆する二枚被
覆金属から構成し、前記被覆金属間の繋ぎ目を、
前記環状集積体の上下の被加圧面に位置させたこ
とを特徴とする圧力センサー。
