Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数の共振空胴がドリフト管で接続され、
上記共振空胴が筒状空胴壁及びその開口端を密閉
する空胴端板及びドリフト管突出部を有してなる
多空胴クライストロンにおいて、 上記ドリフト管に、少なくとも一方の端面から
管軸に平行に複数の冷媒循環路が形成され、この
複数の冷媒循環路が形成された上記端面が上記空
胴端板で密閉され、これら相互合せ面が周状にロ
ー接されてなることを特徴とする多空胴クライス
トロン。 (2) 上記複数の冷媒循環路が各端部で連結され
るように環状溝が上記ドリフト管又は筒状空胴壁
の端面に形成され、この環状溝を上記空胴端板で
密閉してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の多空胴クライストロン。
