Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 主燃焼室と噴孔を介して連通する副室を備
えたデイーゼルエンジンにおいて、前記副室を形
成する副室形成部材をセラミツク材で形成し、前
記副室形成部材にグロープラグ用孔及び燃料噴射
ノズル用孔を開設するとともに該両孔の中心を結
ぶ方向に該両孔を連通するスリツトを設け、前記
両孔のうち、少なくともグロープラグ用孔におけ
るスリツトと対向する側の円弧の曲率半径を、グ
ロープラグの径で規定される円弧の曲率半径より
も大きく設定していることを特徴とするデイーゼ
ルエンジンの副室構造。 (2) グロープラグ用孔は、スリツトの方向に直
交する方向に長い楕円形状であるところの実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のデイーゼルエンジ
ンの副室構造。
