Claims (1)
- 小判形の凹所によつて両端部に半円周の突壁を
形成され、上記両端部半円周の中心に絞りをする
基体の上記凹所に、電子光学系の光軸を規定する
構造部材である中心筒の端部を挿入し、上記基体
に操作棒を連結して上記中心筒の中心線に対して
直交する方向に上記基体を移動させ得るようにし
た電子線絞り装置。
