Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部に冷媒が流通される内管および外管の
    二重管からなる内導体、およびこの内導体のまわ
    りに同軸状に配設された外導体を具備してなる同
    軸導波管において、上記内導体を構成する外管は
    銅又は銅合金で形成され、上記内管は外管よりも
    機械的抗折力が大きい材料で形成され、これら外
    管および内管の間に複数の間隔保持用スペーサが
    互いに離隔して配設されてなることを特徴とする
    同軸導波管。 (2) 内管は、ステンレス鋼で形成されてなる実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の同軸導波管。 (3) スペーサは、外管又は内管のいずれか一方
    に固着され、他方にスライド可能に近接又は密接
    されてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    同軸導波管。 (4) スペーサは、薄板状をなし、冷媒の流通方
    向に縦列に配設されてなる実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の同軸導波管。
