Claims (1)
- 芯材上面にクツシヨン性を備えたパツド材を添
装し、更にそれらの外周面を表皮材により被覆し
てなる自動車用ドアトリムにおいて、前記表皮材
は、合成樹脂シートと織布とを接合したものを用
いるとともに、該織布は誘電特性の高い高周波溶
着助剤を予め含浸させた繊維からなり、前記織布
および合成樹脂シートの相互の接合部を積重し、
この接合部に沿つて高周波ウエルダ加工を行なう
ことにより、芯材、パツド材、織布、合成樹脂シ
ートを一体化したことを特徴とする自動車用ドア
トリム。
