Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外周側の弾性膨出部が外輪のシール溝に固
    定され、内周側の弾性シール部が内輪との間に密
    封部を形成してなる補強板付きのシール体を有す
    る密封形転がり軸受において、外輪のシール溝1
    0は、半径方向の内側壁11とこれに続く周壁1
    2および外側壁13をもつた凹形状をなし、シー
    ル体4のもつ補強板42は、固定側となる外周部
    が、平面部421から軸方向の内方に向う周壁4
    22とこれに続く半径方向の外周平面部423と
    よりなり、かつ、前記外周平面部423は、前記
    シール溝の内側壁11上に位置して弾性膨出部4
    3内に埋設されており、しかも、その外径D
    シール溝10の入口径Dよりも僅かに小さく形
    成されていることを特徴とした密封形転がり軸受
    。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項において、
    補強板の外周平面部423の周縁が軸方向の外方
    に向つて僅かに屈曲した凸条部424を有する密
    封形転がり軸受の密封装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2
    項において、補強板42の外周平面部423が周
    方向に連続して形成されている密封形転がり軸受
    。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2
    項において、補強板42の外周平面部423が周
    方向に適当な間隔をもつて形成された切欠部によ
    つて周方向に不連続となつている密封形転がり軸
    受。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項ないし第4
    項のいずれかにおいて、シール体のもつ膨出部4
    3の外側面に凹周溝433を有する密封形転がり
    軸受。 (6) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第5項において、
    凹周溝433が補強板の外周平面部423と対応
    する位置にある密封形転がり軸受。 (7) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項ないし第6
    項のいずれかにおいて、補強板の外周平面部42
    3の外径Dがシール溝10の入口径Dよりも
    約0.4ミリ〜0.8ミリだけ小さくなつている
    密封形転がり軸受。
