Coils that are not included in any plane including the center and are parallel to one of the planes (coils that are continuously formed on the winding ends of the arranged roller frame due to the rotation of the roller) , and the roller arrangement to advance toward the unraveling end in the order of formation and independently, while holding the weft portion stretched from the coil closest to the unwinding end to the weft insertion means in the advancing direction. It is characterized by being stored in a balloon shape and then being pulled out in a balloon shape while applying rotational resistance.

Since the weft threads hardly come into contact with each other, let alone riding on the existing weft coils, it is possible to prevent the weft threads from getting tangled or damaged, and from increasing the unwinding resistance due to running over them, and it is possible to store the weft threads in an orderly manner.

原因で、緯入れ不足になるという問題点があった。<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, in such a conventional weft storage device,
The unwinding end of the roller frame applies rotational resistance to hold and store the weft yarn, and when inserting the weft, it is pulled out in a balloon shape while applying rotational resistance, so that the weft yarn has no extra inertia at the end of weft insertion. The problem is that fluid injection looms, especially those with weak weft insertion force such as air injection looms, suffer from insufficient weft insertion due to the large amount of rotational resistance. There was a point.

If it is constant, unless the weft width (weft insertion length) is specified, the circumferential position of the weft yarn at the unrolled end of the roller frame at the end of each weft insertion will not be constant, making it difficult to employ a locking device.
Even if adopted, it would not be possible to respond to changes in the texture.

Arranged so that it does not include
A roller frame around which the weft from the yarn feeder is wound, a rotation drive mechanism that rotates at least one of the inclined rollers around its central axis, and one location near the end of the weft insertion nozzle of the roller frame. a locking body that always locks the weft stretched between the weft insertion nozzle at the weft insertion nozzle, and a locking body that is removed during weft insertion to release the lock on the weft, and at least one of the rollers that is not rotationally driven. Provided is a weft storage device for a fluid jet loom, which is equipped with a position adjustment mechanism that allows the position of the weft yarn to be adjusted in a direction substantially perpendicular to the skein frame axis.

対応できる。In the above-mentioned weft storage device, the weft wound around the roller frame is continuously sent to the weft insertion nozzle side due to the twisting and rotation of the rollers constituting the roller frame. There is no gap between the wefts and weft insertion errors due to overlapping of the wefts. Also, the locking body can normally lock the weft yarn and store the weft reliably, and when inserting the weft, the locking body is removed and the weft is inserted. Since there is no weft insertion resistance during weft insertion, there is no weft insertion failure due to this resistance, and the weft is retained by the locking body even if it is pulled out excessively due to a sudden stop at the end of weft insertion. Because it is destroyed, it all disappears. Moreover, since the circumference of the roller frame changes by adjusting the position of the roller that is not rotationally driven, the integral number of windings around the roller frame can be adjusted to correspond to the weft insertion length of one time in response to changes in the weaving width. Even if the position of the locking body is constant, it can respond to changes in the fabric width.

That is, when the weft yarn 11 on the roller frame 34 is consumed and the resulting diffuse reflection disappears, and a large amount of light from the projector 68 is reflected from the circumferential surface of the drive roller 35B and enters the light receiver 69, The output of the comparison circuit 70 becomes H level, turning the switching circuit 72 m1lli (ON).

The weft yarn 11 wound around the roller frame 34 is sequentially sent to the unwound end side of the roller frame 34 by the inclination of each roller 35A to 35C and 49A to 49G, so that the weft yarn 11 is wound as shown in FIG. r 、T z。That is, to explain with reference to FIG. 6, air injection from the weft insertion nozzle 15 is started prior to weft insertion. Immediately thereafter, the locking body 57 exits from the through hole 55.61. As a result, the weft yarn 11 is unwound and pulled out from the unwound end side of the roller frame 34 by the traction force of the weft insertion nozzle 15 while causing ballooning, and is inserted into the opening of the warp yarn 1. Note that a ballooning cover may be provided between the roller frame 34 and the weft guide 14 to control the size of ballooning. During this weft insertion, the weft 11 is pulled out while rotating around the roller frame 34, so the weft 11 is pulled out while rotating around the roller frame 34.
The timing of reaching the locking body 57 part of No. 1 is shown in Fig. 6.

At the time of reaching the weft thread 11 for the third time, the weft yarn 11 is locked by the locking body 57, and weft insertion is completed. Before this, air injection from the weft insertion nozzle 15 has been stopped.

回路74を設けである。When weft insertion is performed in this way, there is no weft 11 in the weft detector 67, so the amount of light incident on the light receiver 69 is large. Therefore, the comparison circuit 70 determines that the weft exceeds the reference level. This causes the switching circuit 72 to become conductive. This causes the monitor 23 to rotate and move the weft yarn 11 to the roller frame 34.
Wrap it around to maintain the specified amount. It is preferable that this winding speed is faster than the consumption speed of the weft yarn 11. Therefore, the motor 23
A current control circuit 74 is provided for speed change so that the rotation speed of the motor can be changed.

Since the circumference of the weft changes, the weft insertion length can be changed. That is, since the weft insertion length is regulated by the locking body 57, the circumference is always adjusted so that the number of unwindings is an integral number.

In addition, while detecting the winding amount of the weft yarn 11 on the roller frame 34, the winding amount of the weft yarn 11 on the roller frame 34 is checked so that the winding amount of the weft yarn 11 on the roller frame 34 is always more than a certain amount.
However, the winding pipe 25 is linked to the main shaft of the loom and rotated an integral number of times per one revolution of the main shaft.
The weft 11 may be wound for one pick per rotation.

The winding may be performed by rotating the roller frame 34. In that case,
The locking body 57 may be held within the roller frame 34 and protruded and retracted.

果が得られる。<Effects of the Invention> As explained above, according to the present invention, not only can the weft yarns be wound and stored in an orderly manner at intervals around the roller frame without overlapping, etc., but also it is possible to unwind the roller frame. Since the locking body that locks the weft at the end is removed during weft insertion, weft insertion resistance can be greatly reduced, especially for air injection looms with low weft insertion force. Moreover, it is possible to respond to changes in the weaving width by changing the circumferential length of the roller frame very easily.
