Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外囲筐体と封止キヤツプとを封止部材を用
いて気密封止して気密容器を形成し、上記気密容
器中に、少なくとも放電間隙を隔てて相対向せる
電極を収容したサージ吸収素子に於いて、封止キ
ヤツプを外囲筐体及び封止部材と熱膨張率が整合
する材料で形成すると共に、電極を放電特性の良
好な材料で形成したことを特徴とするサージ吸収
素子。 (2) 封止キヤツプと電極とが、一体化されてい
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項に記載のサージ吸収素子。 (3) 封止部材がガラス系材料より成り、封止キ
ヤツプがクロムを含む合金で形成されると共に、
電極がクロムより酸素親和力の弱い金属によつて
形成されたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第２項に記載のサージ吸収素子。 (4) 相対向せる電極の間に電圧非直線特性を有
する高抵抗体素子を接続したことを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項のいずれ
かに記載のサージ吸収素子。
