Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 アンモニア・プラントの合成系から放出される
パージガスのように高圧にして低温の水素を多量
に含むパージガスから、ガス自身の低温を利用し
た自己冷却法により、水素を吸蔵する装置におい
て、 (1) 水素吸蔵合金を充填した１個もしくは複数
個の容器、 (2) 該容器の内部を超高純度水素に置換する為
の水素貯蔵器、 (3) 該容器内部の不純ガスをパージするための
真空ポンプ、および (4) 水素充填に必要にな圧力を保持するための
圧力保持弁 を具備えることを特徴とする水素吸蔵合金による
高純度水素の充填装置。
