螺旋状の搾り部を形成しかつ垂直軸を中心として
回転する回転体と、この回転体の搾り部を小間隙
をもつて囲繞して調理室を形成するとともにこの
調理室に開口されたジユース流出口とかす排出口
とを有する調理ケースと、この調理ケースを着脱
自在に嵌合保持する器体と、この器体に回転によ
り着脱自在に取着され前記調理ケースの上面開口
部を覆い前記カツターに対向する被調理材料投入
口を形成した蓋体とを具備し、前記回転体を回転
させる駆動軸を前記調理室の下方で軸支する軸受
の上面にシールパツキング嵌合凹部を設け、この
シールパツキング嵌合凹部に嵌合されるシールパ
ツキングのリツプ部はシールパツキング基部上端
より内径方向に略直角或いは上向きの角間をなし
て形成され、このリツプ部が上向きに傾斜して前
記駆動軸に圧接されることを特徴とするジユーサ
