Claims (1)
- 加熱室１の開口部全周をフランジ２で取り囲み
、このフランジ２の外縁に金属板から成るサツシ
ユ５を突出し、加熱室１の開口部を開閉するドア
４を設け、その周辺部にはフランジ２に平面接触
するドア後板６と電波シール効果を捉進する複数
の金属片１３を備えたドア前板７とにより形成し
た電波迷路８を設け、この電波迷路８の入口１０
をサツシユ５に対向させ、ドア後板６の最外周端
をドア前板７の最外周縁よりもサツシユ５側に近
付け、ドア前板７の外周および電波迷路８の入口
１０を電波透過性の誘電体から成るドアカバー９
で覆うと共に、このドアカバー９の端部とドア後
板６の最外周端とが突き当たるようにしたことを
特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
